The versatile Beretta ARX-160 was developed as part of the Italian Army's 2007 "Soldato Futuro" modernization program. The weapon is original in the natocal caliber 5,56x45mm. They are available in the version shown with hinged adjustable shaft, or as submachine gun in caliber 9mm without shank.
Inside the gun is a V3 Gearbox with metal shell, steel gears and polymer piston.
