Specna Arms SA-C17 CORE™ Gen.2 HAL ETU™ Airsoft Carbine with HAL ETU and MOSFET AEG 0.5 joules starting at 14
Specna Arms presents the CORE™ line featuring the HAL™ ETU chip. The trigger control system enhances the replica’s performance and allows for
easy programming of functions via the trigger and selector switch.
The carbines in the Specna Arms Core Gen.2 series were developed to offer an optimal performance experience at an attractive price. Based on experience, passion, and dedication, the series was redesigned to achieve even better performance, so that users can take a stock product right out of the box that is up to any challenge on the airsoft field.
To this end, the Core Gen.2 series has been equipped with the following components, among others:
- “TDC Magnus™” (Top Down Center) rotary hop-up chamber, which allows for highly precise and stable adjustment (protected by European Patent No. 015052069-0001)
- “Helium™ Flat Hop Eraser,” which improves the stability of the BB trajectory
- Sealed aluminum nozzle
- Ather™ gearbox – reinforced frame (protected by European Patent No. 015044865-0001), equipped with:
Preload and AoE viewing windows
Viewing windows for easy loading
Trigger adjustment function
Screw holes for frame alignment

The receiver, slide—including the enlarged SF magazine that houses the battery—and pistol grip are made of nylon-fiber-reinforced polymer. Other components, such as the barrel, the RIS front rail, the flash hider, the enlarged reloading handle, and the tactical sling mount, are made of metal (all screws, pins, the shell ejection port, and the dummy bolt are made of steel). The barrel is marked with the serial number.
The gearbox features 8-mm slide bearings and ball-bearing-mounted steel gears. The system is secured against reverse rotation by four pawls. The lightweight polycarbonate stock is fitted with a solid steel rod that provides additional strength. A steel breakbar is used here, as is a rotatable precision hop-up chamber.
The finely machined rotary hop-up chamber works perfectly with the high-quality 6.03 mm precision barrel. The use of a precision barrel has a positive effect on the replica’s range and accuracy. It is important to remember to use high-quality 6 mm ammunition.
The replica is equipped with a front M-LOK rail manufactured under license from Strike Industries. It also features the latest M-LOK angled grip developed by Specna Arms. A flip-up sight is mounted on the upper RIS rail, which does not interfere with optoelectronic sighting devices. Thanks to the adjustable stock with a non-slip, textured buttplate, the rifle’s length can be adjusted to suit the shooter’s build and preferences. The standard muzzle brake is mounted on a 14-mm left-hand thread, allowing a suppressor to be attached in its place.
