The Hi-Capa 5.1 R1 manufactured by WE is a semi-automatic replica of one of the most famous pistols in the world. It was brought to market with the express purpose of improving some key features of the 1911-style pistol. It is gas operated, weighs 1.1 kg, is 220 mm long and has a magazine capacity of 31 rounds. The Hi-Capa 5.1 R1 has a 110 mm long inner barrel and achieves a performance of approx. 330 FPS.
The main improvements of this model include an ambidextrous safety lever, a grip safety, a high capacity magazine, a flared magazine well and a threaded barrel. It also has a Picatinny rail for tactical light modules and laser sights. The handgun has grip panels with a non-slip, ribbed surface.
The solid and high-quality construction of the replica contains elements (frame and slide) that are predominantly made of metal. The grip panels and other components, on the other hand, are injection-molded from polymers. Inside, WE has installed high-quality parts that guarantee a long service life and precision with every shot.
